HISTORY OF A HOLISTIC DESIGNER

1982 . . . . . 1992 . . . . .2002. . . . . 2012 . . . . . 2024.

efficiency & creativity

1980's. With a knack for streamlining plus a drive for adventure, I held a variety of management positions, both filled and self-generated (magazine publication, urban architectural, culinary, large-scale estate, executives, celebrity). I developed procedural manuals, yet I also loved hands-on work, managed a tropical B & B, and owned and operated a custom baking business in the early 90's, inventing creative organic products for cafes, health food stores or custom orders.

chaos to order

As a single mom, I moved into private client work and started S.O.S. (Serious Organizing Services) in 1996. My approach has always been holistic and design-centric as a means to uplift, liberate and empower humans. My expertise developed from diving full force into complex challenges which required innovative thinking, skills, patience and aesthetic acuity. When there's no manual, you invent one!

lifestyle architecture

The next, deeper phase of my work developed after entering the emerging field of Life Coaching. In 2000, after an intensive 2-year course and certification, a hybrid approach to improving lives and optimizing structures was born. My first innovative business model was called Advanced Organizm, which combined coaching with interior, organizational and systems design.

macro design. micro steps.

In the pursuit of wellness-centered performance, management R & D reached a new tier. More people, more complexity. In both individuals and small businesses, I had to innovate core methods which were consistently effective, even within unique personalities and changing landscapes. I developed a macro model to streamline my approach to this challenge, tested it with high-performance achievers, and continue to get breakthrough results.

ecology & human health

As a nature-loving woman, I am passionate about designing, collaborating and implementing solutions for the long game. I believe eco-literacy, biomimesis and collaboration can bring great environments, healthy minds and better societies. On the everyday, practical level - we must more than 'think globally', we must organize and simplify locally
